Epson wanted to activate its partnership with Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team to develop prospective sales conversations. Following the success of the 2018 Global Partner Days at the French GP, Epson once again reached out to Crunch to create and deliver a 3-day program around the 2019 Abu Dhabi GP.
Epson’s guests were invited to a luxury hotel in Dubai where they were able to relax in a bespoke-built Epson Welcome Lounge serving as a hub for the event, providing networking opportunities and showcasing the brand's latest products.
Having hosted a series of meetings and events, Epson's senior executives formally welcomed the group at a gala dinner in the Dubai desert on Friday night setting the tone for the weekend's experience.
On Saturday, guests took to the water to admire the spectacular Dubai skyline before enjoying lunch below the Burj Khalifa and further expeditions around the city. The day culminated with a VIP gala dinner featuring a range of local entertainment.
On Sunday, Epson hosted a Business Seminar to discuss the future direction of the company and the importance of their partnership with Mercedes F1, before moving guests to Yas Marina Circuit and the exclusive Silver Arrows Lounge to watch the Formula 1 season finale.
Over the course of the weekend, guests encountered a vast array of technical messages and visual cues, enabling them to experience and understand the breadth and depth of products and services provided by Epson.
