Epson Global Partner Days at French Grand Prix

Client brief

Epson wished to activate its partnership with Mercedes AMG PETRONAS Motorsport to develop prospective sales conversations further. Using the French Grand Prix as a backdrop, Epson reached out to Crunch to propose and manage its first Global Partner Day of the year.

Solution
We built a bespoke Epson Welcome Lounge in the best hotel in Marseille, overlooking the sea, which formed the base for the weekend.

Having hosted a series of networking meetings and events, Epson senior executives formally welcomed the group at a gala dinner in typical Provençal style on the Friday night, which set the tone for the weekend to come.

On Saturday, guests took to the water to explore Cassis before returning to the hotel for a special pre-race VIP dinner. On Sunday morning, Epson hosted a Business Seminar where they explained some of the background to the partnership with Mercedes and the Epson brand itself, before everyone watched the race in the exclusive Silver Arrows Lounge.

Throughout the day, guests were treated to a vast array of technical messages and visual cues, leading them down the path of understanding that Epson makes a lot more than printers.
