Epson Global Partner Days at French Grand Prix

Crunch specialises in delivering VIP hospitality programmes in and around motorsport.

Client brief
Epson wished to activate its partnership with Mercedes AMG PETRONAS Motorsport to drive prospective sales conversations further and change common perception of the brand. Using the French Grand Prix as a backdrop, Epson reached out to Crunch to propose and manage its first Global Partner Day of the year.

Solution
We built a bespoke Epson Welcome Lounge in the best hotel in Marseille which formed the base for the weekend.

Having hosted a series of networking meetings and events, Epson senior executives formally welcomed the group at a welcome gala dinner in typical Provençal style overlooking the sea on the Friday night that set the tone for the weekend to come.

On Saturday, guests took to the water to explore Cassis before they all returned home for a special pre-race VIP dinner. On Sunday morning, Epson hosted a Business Seminar where they explained some the background to the partnership with Mercedes and the Epson brand itself before watching the race itself in the exclusive Silver Arrows Lounge.

Throughout the day, the group was treated to a vast array of technical messages and visual cues leading them down the path of understanding that Epson makes a lot more than printers...
