Challenge

Offer Sauber Motorsports Partners and F1 Experiences guests a bespoke, tailored, world-class F1 Paddock Club hospitality experience throughout the F1 season, allowing them to enjoy the thrills of the race and feel part of the Racing Team.

Solution

Using our unmatched F1 expertise and experience in the F1 Paddock Club, we devised and actioned an unparalleled programme to take care of guests from initial invitation through to race-weekend.

Covering everything from guest invitation and ticketing, suite design and build management, international shipping and freight logistics, and development of the on-site guest activities schedule, we executed and delivered a full Private Hospitality Suite for Sauber and were also on the ground to manage the guest hospitality experience across the Grand Prix weekends.

During each race week, from Wednesday to Sunday, the Crunch team looked after crucial elements of the programme, including:

  • Liaising with stakeholders within the Paddock and Paddock Club on ticketing and accreditation, suite build and set up, gifting, in-suite content and entertainment, and wider hospitality suite operations.

  • Collection and distribution of Partner Paddock Club tickets on site.

  • Facilitation of the race-day guest experience within the private suite and management of the Team’s activity programme; hosting in-depth tours of the Garage and Paddock, garage viewing opportunities during track action, private suite Driver appearances and interviews, alongside the F1-provided experiences of Pit Lane Walks, Photo Safaris and VIP Grid Walks.
